Born in Loei Province of Northern Thailand Lek Ratanavong spent many years under the tutelage of her grandmother perfecting the essence of Thai Cuisine.
Upon reaching the US, Lek spent over 20 year in the restaurant industry, developing her skills and perfecting her homemade recipes.
In 2005, Asian Fusion Café was opened in Palmetto Bay and has been at the forefront of Asian Cuisine and experienced excellent reviews for it's unique blend of Asian Dishes.
